  1. Regulations

    1. The Regulations define the terms for using the Skyrocket Platform.

    3. The Regulations define the rights and obligations for the Users and the Platform's Administrator in order to provide services electronically. By using the Skyrocket Platform constitutes your agreement and acceptance of all conditions described below. A person who does not agree to abide the provisions of these Regulations is asked to stop using the Skyrocket Platform.
    4. Registration and use of the Skyrocket Platform is free.
  2. Definitions

    1. Platform - a web application that allows enables submission of the challenges and social innovations. The main goals of the Platform are:

      • to present challenges that will enable the development and implementation of social innovations;
      • to present social innovations that address social challenges;
      • to encourage Users to discuss and cooperate;
      • to give free-of-charge access to knowledge in the field of social innovation;
    2. Administrator - defines the Platform operator. The Platform was created as a joint effort of Partners involved in the Interreg Social(i)Makers project and is being developed as a part of the CERUSI project . The technical operator of the Platform is Fundacja Fundusz Współpracy with headquarters in Poland, Warsaw, ul. Górnośląska 4a, registered in the National Register of Entrepreneurs under the number KRS 0000112576, NIP 526-000-54-68, REGON 002179760.
  3. Technical conditions

    1. In order to use the Skyrocket Platform and display its content correctly, you must have:
      • device operating system is installed which allows access to the Internet;
      • Internet browser: Mozilla Firefox or Chrome or Opera or Safari supporting HTML5;
      • JavaScript enabled.
    2. The Administrator reserves the right to technical breaks in the operation of the Platform, aimed at the review, repair, maintenance and modernization of the Platform's IT system.
  4. User and Account

    1. Access to some of the functions of the Platform may depend on the need to have an account, and the Platform may additionally limit the User's access to any areas of the Platform, at any time, at its own discretion. Each User Account ID and password are confidential.
    2. During registration of the Account, the User is obliged to provide complete, relevant and current data. Non-observance to comply with the rules will result in a violation of the Regulations, which may result in immediate account blocking on the Platform.
    3. The Administrator reserves the right to remove content that will violate these Regulations, as well as values that are not included in social life.
    4. Users have the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data transfer, the right to object to processing.
  5. Content on the Platform

    1. In this Platform, content shall mean adding submissions and organization profiles, publishing links, saving, sharing or otherwise sharing information (including contact details), texts, graphic materials, videos or other. The User who publishes the content as part of using the Platform declares that he has full right to all his own content published on the Website - in particular to texts, graphics, films or other multimedia materials that have been used under the appropriate licenses and in the proper way their origin has been indicated.
  6. Restrictions

    1. Users are specifically restricted from all of the following:
      • publishing any Platform material in any other media except when the source of publication is given;
      • selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Platform material;
      • publicly performing and/or showing any Platform material except when the source of publication is given;
      • using this Platform in any way that is or may be damaging to this Platform;
      • using this Platform in any way that impacts User access to this Platform;
      • using this Platform contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Platform, or to any person or business entity;
      • engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Platform;
      • use the Platform to engage in advertising or marketing, unless the activities are aimed at promoting and disseminating knowledge about the Platform.
  7. Personal data and Privacy Policy

    1. All information on the processing of Users' personal data and other data by the Platform Administrator and Users' rights in relation to their personal data can be found in the document "Privacy Policy".
    2. The Administrator declares that he will take special care to provide Users with a high level of security in the use of the Platform.
  8. Intellectual Rights Property

    1. Other than the Users’ content, in accordance with these Regulations, the Platform and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Platform.
  9. Other provisions

    1. The Administrator of the Skyrocket Platform is not responsible for the Users' action and third parties regarding the violation of the law on the website by publishing content or User profiles. The User bears full and personal responsibility in this regard.
    2. The Administrator is not responsible for the actions of third parties, resulting from unlawful access to personal data or other data of Users attempts to take over accounts, etc.
    3. In any case, the Platform Administrator, nor any of its employees shall not be held responsible for violations of the rights arising from the use of the Platform, regardless of whether such liability is based on the agreement concluded between the Administrator and the operators of the Platform. The Platform Administrator, including in particular its employees, is not responsible for any indirect or special obligations resulting in any way from using the Platform. The Administrator allows disruptions caused by technical work platforms or force majeure.
    4. This Platform is provided “as is” version, it does not declare any obligations or guarantees of any kind related to its functionality or the materials contained on this Platform. Furthermore, nothing contained on this Platform shall be interpreted as advising you.
  10. Governing Law

    1. These Regulations shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
